1.Damage items/Quality problem

If the product arrives defective, or the product has quality problems.We will resend you a new one for free. Please contact us (service@ainyroses.com)with a picture of your item within 3 days from the date you received product. After our customer service stuff confirms that the product is damaged, we will resend it for free within 3 business days(Estimated shipping time 3 days).If you do not wish to exchange, please contact and let us know your refund request, you will receive your refund within 48 hours.

2.Special circumstances for returns and refunds

If you are not satisfied with the product, we accept no reason to return and refund within 7 days of receiving the productif it is not due to product quality problems, you need to pay for the postage, at that time, please contact us, our customer service stuff will send you a returns form ,you can know the address and inform the postage on it, then you can send the product back within 7 working days from you got the form.Attention!Please keep the original packaging and accessories of the product intact, otherwise we may charge part of the fee.We will process the refund for you as soon as we receive the item, and you can expect to receive your refund within 48 hours.

3.Wrong items delivery

If we send the wrong items to you(wrong color/type/size),please contact us with a picture of your item within 3 days from the date you received product.After our customer service stuff confirms,you can keep that,and well resend you the correct one for free,You don't have to pay for shipping and other charges.If you want to get a refund, please contact us,our customer service stuff will send you a returns form ,you can know the address on it,then you can send the product back within 7 working days from you got the form,you will receive your full refund within 48 hours(we pay for shipping).

4.Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. We can change the address for free until your order leaves our factory!Normally, we send out your products within 1-2 days, it may be faster during festivals.If the goods have already been dispatched, we are sorry that we cannot modify the address for you.

5.Cancellations

Most of our products can be cancelled up until they are shipped for a refund. To change or cancel your order, please email us your order number and recipient’s name stated for ease of access, so that we can cancel or change your order as soon as you change your mind.Please note that we can only cancel for you for free until the item has shipped, normally, we send out your products within 1-2 days, it may be faster during festivals, if the product has already been shipped, please refer to the return policy for processing.

 6.Who will pay for the shipping fee?
In the following cases, we will responsible your shipping fee:

  • The product you received is damaged/quality problems
  • The product you received is inconsistent with the ordered model

Return policy except for the above two cases You will be responsible for the full shipping fee.

Please do not send the product back by yourself, our customer service will help you solve the problem.
